Our Youth Strength & Conditioning Programme (12 years+) aims to get our youths stronger, fitter and more confident. Sessions are suitable for both boys and girls and are designed to help our young athletes build strength, move better, and boost performance in a fun, supportive environment.

With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of coach Jimmy Galea....all those who met coach Jimmy as an old school trainer or as a friend can witness a genuine person with a heart of gold....he believed in respect ... discipline... punctuality...and most of all he believed in unity ....family ....thank you dad for leaving this legacy behind you and I promise that you will live forever in our hearts...

A celebration of his life will be held tomorrow, Thursday 23rd October 08:30am at the Basilica of St Mary, MOSTA
