I am Graduate from the European institute of Fitness UK where I gained much of my expertise and knowledge into how to properly train someone in all different areas. I have also recently completed a course in Muscle movement dynamic skills , which is beneficial to anyone athlete who is looking to improve their agility coordination & balance and overall performance.
