🇲🇹
Il-Gozo Motocross Association qed tħejji biex tibda inizjattiva ġdida bl-isem Gozo Junior Trials, permezz ta’ fondi mill-iskema SIS - Small Initiative Support Scheme, u li ser jintużaw biex jinħoloq programm strutturat għal tfal u żgħażagħ. Dan il-proġett għandu l-għan li jintroduċi u jippromwovi l-isport tat-trials f’Għawdex, filwaqt li joffri opportunità ġdida ta’ taħriġ u żvilupp sportiv.
L-akkademja ser tkun mgħammra b’żewġ muturi tat-trials, li se jintużaw għat-taħriġ ta’ studenti li jixtiequ jitgħallmu dan l-isport b’mod sigur u professjonali. Permezz ta’ dan il-programm, il-GMA qed timmira li tħeġġeġ aktar żgħażagħ jidħlu fid-dinja tal-motorsport, filwaqt li jsaħħu l-ħiliet tagħhom, id-dixxiplina u s-sigurtà.
It-trials huwa sport sabiħ li jirrikjedi dixxiplina fiżika u mentali kif ukoll livell għoli ta' teknika, bilanċ u preċiżjoni sabiex wieħed jkun jista'jimmanuvra u jżomm il-mutur stabbli.
Il-proġett Gozo Junior Trials jirrifletti l-impenn tal-GMA biex tkompli tinvesti fil-ġenerazzjoni żagħżugħa u tespandi l-opportunitajiet sportivi f’Għawdex, billi toħloq bażi soda għall-futur tal-isport tat-trials fil-gżira. Grazzi kbira lil Julia Farrugia u lil Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector

The Gozo Motocross Association is preparing to launch a new initiative called Gozo Junior Trials, through funds obtained from the Small Initiative Support Scheme (SIS). These funds will be used to create a structured program for children and young people who are interested in practicing this sport. The project aims to introduce and promote the sport of trials in Gozo, while offering a new opportunity for training and sporting development.
The academy will be equipped with two trials motorcycles, which will be used to train students who wish to learn this sport in a safe and professional manner. Through this program, the GMA aims to encourage more young people to enter the world of motorsport, while strengthening their skills, discipline, and safety awareness.
Trials is a beautiful and highly engaging sport that requires both physical and mental discipline, as well as a high level of technique, focusing on balance, precision in maneuvering, and stability.
The Gozo Junior Trials project reflects the GMA’s commitment to continue investing in the younger generation and expanding sporting opportunities in Gozo, by building a strong foundation for the future of trials on the island. Much appreciation to Julia Farrugia u lil Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector
