Welcome to Gozo Yoga.

My name is Lindsay and I offer Hatha yoga classes in Gozo.

I like to take the traditional yoga philosophy and apply them to my classes in a way that is approachable, modern and makes sense to my students.

I believe that everybody can do yoga and honour you exactly the way you are. No two bodies are alike and therefore your practice and movement are going to be unique to you.

My role in your journey is to help you discover what this practice can do for you and how you can learn to tap into your strength, ability, courage, flexibility, uniqueness and all those beautiful things that make you human.
