✨ Last night we celebrated new beginnings, lightness and conscious direction through meditation, movement, sound and simple rituals, creating a space of calm and deep reconnection...

🪁 Coinciding with Makar Sankranti, the shift toward growing light, we planted intentions that were simple yet authentic: a change of direction, within and beyond ourselves.

Between summer 🌞and autumn 🍂, we celebrate not only the change of seasons but also Navaratri 🪷, the nine nights of the Goddess✨, honoring the different aspects of divine femininity: strength, wisdom, abundance, love, and protection. Symbolically, it represents the victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and awareness over ignorance. Here too, a moment of devotion to the Mother Goddess through yoga, meditation, mantras, and lots of energy. 🔥Thanks to those who were present and for sharing this practice with me! 💜🙏🏻💜
