No, no.. we didn’t disappear. We were just respecting the football gods 😅

We emerged victorious after a titanic battle against Illyrians in a final that had everything. We found ourselves trailing twice, but the team showed incredible character to fight back each time.

With the game hanging in the balance, a devastating free kick from Kurt Falzon in the dying minutes completed the turnaround and sealed an unforgettable 5-4 victory.

Yesterday, our boys in purple kicked off their Summer League campaign with a convincing 4–1 victory against Ballun F.C. 🔥

The team showed great resilience despite being short-handed due to several players being unavailable. Nevertheless, the boys remained in control throughout the match and made their chances count to secure the win. 💪

Next Monday, we resume our Winter League campaign, this time in the KO competition with a clash against Enteractive for a place in the semi-finals.

Not our day.

We end our league campaign with a semi-final defeat to Madballerz—congratulations to them on reaching the final.

Although this is a tough pill to swallow, the boys in purple can be proud of their performances throughout the season. We battled hard in every game, and with a bit more luck, we could have had a better ending to this winter league.

We now turn our focus to finishing the winter competitions strong, as we face Serbeers in the Knockout competition. We also look ahead to the upcoming Summer League, which begins in early May.
