A technique-driven class which emphasizes mastering bodyweight exercises through proper form, controlled ex*****on, and mindful movement.

David uses ground-based exercises to target the anterior and posterior chain by using gymnastics rings, TRX and other equipment. The class is guaranteed to improve push/pull strength while enhancing joint health, posture, and functional range of motion.

While benefiting from the above, you will also build flexibility, core stability, and movement efficiency that support pain-free living and performance across all human activities.

- Level 3 Personal Trainer Certification (or equivalent)
and CPR/AED certification.
- Ideally a proven experience in personal training
(minimum of 1 year preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
with a client-centered approach.
- A genuine enthusiasm for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
- An understanding of nutrition and rehabilitation is a plus.
