Never forget this! With all the money and material things you can have in life, the only possession we all have and is priceless is our body.
Forget the aesthetic side of it as this comes as an added benefit of looking after your body. Eating healthy food and keeping yourself active during the week is NOT a luxury. It should be your responsibility to take care of the only possession you have that you will live in all your life.
Do not take for granted your health, moreover watching this virus affecting so much people with underlying conditions.
Unfortunately now we have much more time to spare and still people are not finding that 3 hrs weekly or 30 mins daily to take care of their own self. People are binge eating and still do not realize that they are doing more damage to themselves than this virus will ever do.
We hear so many excuses on not finding the time to train, to prepare food and now that we have the time to prepare and actually train?
This virus will pass and we will return to our normal routine but make sure to learn something from this and start taking care of yourself. Not after this will pass but start now. Set up a routine and stick to it.
Yes motivation will lack sometimes, it is completely normal. Give yourself a break sometimes, rest or skip 2 days of training or just change what you had planned and keep active in other ways. Eat a balanced healthy diet and if you want to have something you have been craving, take it! The most important thing is that you go back on track the day after.
You will benefit so much from this that you will never look back! Overall happiness, brain health, strength, your immune system, concentration, underlying conditions, everything will improve from just by being responsible to YOUR body.
No excuses and get moving! Stay safe!
