Growing Vistage Malta and UAE. Coaching and mentoring CEOs. Keynote speaking. Expanding XTERRA, MediTerra, and Colour Run into new markets. And continuing my work with the Academy of Givers, Lino Spiteri Foundation, and Inspire.

The Academy and training team remain in great hands with Mdina; continuity matters.

*Mentoring CEOs and inspiring leaders is at the heart of my ikigai. This is a natural evolution — doing what I've always loved, with new opportunities ahead.

A key part of what makes this collaboration powerful is how we’ve used AI to elevate the coaching experience. As Fast Company explores, it’s not just a digital replica of traditional coaching it’s something more accessible, honest, and in some cases, more effective. Surprisingly, many people tend to open up more with AI! Backed by studies from MIT, USC, and CISPA, the research shows that people feel less judged and more willing to share honestly, leading to deeper self-reflection and behavior change. AI can tailor coaching based on role, goals, or even time of day, and deliver real-time feedback with emotional nuance and expert insight. For us, it’s not about replacing the human touch. It’s about amplifying it, at scale.
