This integration brings together two of Malta’s most respected names in organisational development, combining deep expertise in leadership, coaching, and performance improvement under the Mdina Partners brand.

For our clients, very little will change day to day. You will continue working with the same trusted team and advisors, now with access to the broader network, services, and support of Mdina Partners.

A key part of what makes this collaboration powerful is how we’ve used AI to elevate the coaching experience. As Fast Company explores, it’s not just a digital replica of traditional coaching it’s something more accessible, honest, and in some cases, more effective. Surprisingly, many people tend to open up more with AI! Backed by studies from MIT, USC, and CISPA, the research shows that people feel less judged and more willing to share honestly, leading to deeper self-reflection and behavior change. AI can tailor coaching based on role, goals, or even time of day, and deliver real-time feedback with emotional nuance and expert insight. For us, it’s not about replacing the human touch. It’s about amplifying it, at scale.
