Here is a short interview about Pathways Method by Ian Jones, the founder of Pathways Method.

1. Describe Pathways Method in one sentence? Your direction to Health & Wellness.

2. What does Pathways Method consists of? A passionate and unified team of professionals with a different edge towards Health & Wellness. The main aim behind Pathways Method is to help students change their lifestyle and t

ake their fitness and wellness to the next level.

3. What makes Pathways Method different from others in the fitness industry? Pathways Method offers a unique experience because it is aimed at different levels of fitness. ‘Everyone Can’ is one of the mottos of the founder as he believes that every excuse is irrelevant as long as the students’ belief is that they can achieve their goals.

4. What type of training takes place during a session?
- Cardio
- Aerobics
- Weight Circuit Training
- Mixed Martial Arts (Boxing. Kick Boxing)
- Miltary workouts
- Pilates and Yoga
- Outdoor Training
- Adventure and teambuilding

5. What are the main benefits derived from these training sessions?
- Fat Loss

6. Are all sessions on a ONE to ONE Basis
No we do also small classes.

7. Who is Ian Jones? An ordinary person who has passion for Health & Fitness and wants to help others achieve this inner peace by offering a helping hand to everyone who is willing to start this new journey.

8. Was it always like this? Was training your passion since you were a kid? No, when I was a kid I did not like training at all. I would rather sit around playing video games, eating junk food, smoking and drinking alcohol with my buddies rather than exercising. Training came later on in my life, it actually saved my life because I lacked self-confidence and was always looking for that something missing inside me.

9. What is your story? Can you tell us something more about how this passion for training came to life? When I was young I was always the underdog. I was not popular at all. I did not have a lot of friends. I was more into inappropriate behaviour and I used to go with the flow to seek approval from others. However there was always something within me that knew that I was doing the wrong thing and I was not happy at all. Then at the age of 21, I got into sports and other confidence building material. From there on I never looked back.

10. Which quote/quotation inspires you most?
‘It’s not how much you can hit, but how much you can get hit and keep moving forward, that’s how winning is done’. "Rocky Balboa, 2006".

11. What advice do you give to the people out there? Take Action Right Now....Wherever you are, don’t postpone, just take the first step and the rest will follow.

12. Where do you imagine yourself in 5 years time? Part of this amazing and ever-growing new community of great people.
