Day 2 — strength, power, lateral movement and plyo in the morning; strategy, block-cancelling and precision scoring in the evening. Adjusting to the new electronic systems kept us sharp. Mazara energy still going strong 🇮🇹🥋🔥

Day 1 in Mazara del Vallo brought everything we love about this camp — reuniting with our Mazara family 🇮🇹🥋❤️ and great training. Today we covered sharp distance management, clean movement & dodging, and a heavy focus on hand blocks and parries that kept everyone fully switched on. Morning physical prep fired up the engine, evening strategic sparring sharpened every decision.
