*Commitment to Safety and Wellbeing*
At Hamrun Spartans FC Academy, the safety and wellbeing of our players, staff, parents, and all visitors remain a top priority.
Last Saturday, a number of our Academy Coaches and Committee Members participated in an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) awareness and training session.
Having the knowledge and confidence to use life-saving equipment such as an AED can make a critical difference during an emergency and strengthens our preparedness as a sporting community.
We strongly believe that investing in first aid awareness and emergency response training is essential in creating a safe environment for everyone who enters our facilities. These skills not only benefit our Academy but can also help save lives in everyday situations beyond the football pitch.
A special thank you goes to Mr. Jurgen Buhagiar from Hamrun Sporting Club for this valuable initiative through the ResQ Project, and for extending the invitation to join other entities within the Hamrun community. Such collaborative efforts help raise awareness, promote preparedness, and ensure that more people are equipped to respond effectively when it matters most.
Together, we continue to build a safer environment for our children and all those who visit our premises.
