When you hear "fitness" it might conjure the mental image of a tanned exercise freak who have lost 20kg of fat, gained 10kg of muscle, climbed the Himalayas and runs marathons. Someone you might see in the annoying TV commercials for diet products. But in the real world, who's got the time to cycle 1200 kilometres through Tibetan Plateau? My name is Simon Lam and since moving to Macau 4 years ago

I did all this, while having a family, a desk job and a social life. You too, with some effort, can get in the best shape of your life and reach the fitness you didn't even dream of. And as your personal trainer, I would like to show you how to achieve this fast. Personal training is not only for celebrities. With Fitness Slam you will learn how to exercise right, how to develop a diet plan and stick to it to get your power back. Veni, vidi, vici!
We just finished the Changchun forest cross-country marathon in Manchuria. We run 7km category and won! Over 5000 participants. My fitness client Márcia finished first and won the main prize (Apple iWatch), it was her first competition! Her time was an amazing 37 minutes. I finished third and got a Xiaomi smartwatch. Lots of mud and crowds!
