IMPUNITY ESPORTS တရားဝင်ထုတ်ပြန်ချက် အမှတ် (၁)
၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ် ဇွန်လ ၇ ရက်နေ့တွင်၊ HOK WKS ပြိုင်ပွဲအဖွဲ့၏ တရားဝင်အသိပေးချက်တစ်စောင်ကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ လက်ခံရရှိခဲ့ပြီး၊ ဇွန်လ ၆ ရက်တွင် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ HOK အသင်းသည် FEHK အသင်းနှင့်ယှဉ်ပြိုင်ရာတွင် “အကောင့်မျှဝေမှု (Piloting)” ဖြစ်နိုင်သည်ဟု တိုင်ကြားချက်ကို ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့သည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အသင်းသည် ချက်ချင်းတုံ့ပြန်ပြီး ပြိုင်ပွဲအာဏာပိုင်များနှင့် တက်ကြွစွာပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့သည်။
ထိုနောက် ပြိုင်ပွဲအဖွဲ့က ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ အသင်းကို ပြိုင်ပွဲမှ ဖယ်ရှားခြင်းနှင့် ဆုကြေးငွေ ပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်းတို့ကို တရားဝင်အဖြစ် ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့သည်။ ပြိုင်ပွဲ၏ တရားဝင်မှုပမာဏကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်နှင့် ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ကို သက်တမ်းမတိုင်မီ ပြောဆိုခြင်းမှ ရှောင်ကြဉ်ရန်ကြောင့် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အများသိအောင် ထုတ်ပြန်မှုမပြုခဲ့ပါ။
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် များမကြာမီကာလ (WKS မစတင်မှီအချိန်တွင်) ကြီးမားသော ငလျင်ဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့သဖြင့်၊ အသင်း၏ လျှပ်စစ်မီးအား တည်ငြိမ်မှုနှင့် အင်တာနက်တို့ကို သေချာစေရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ HOK အသင်းကို တရုတ်နိုင်ငံသို့ ပြောင်းရွှေ့ခဲ့သည်။ ထိုကာလအတွင်း ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် တရုတ်ဖက်မှအဖွဲ့နှင့် HOK WKS အာဏာပိုင်များနှင့် စုံစမ်းရေးဆွဲခြင်းနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်မှုများစွာ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည်။ ထို့အတူ အောက်ပါအချက်များကို ထုတ်ဖော်အထောက်အထားပြုအပ်သည်။
၁။ စက်ပစ္စည်းပြောင်းလဲမှုအကြောင်း
ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ အပေါ်လမ်း ကစားသမားသည် ပြိုင်ပွဲအတွင်း iQOO 12 မဟုတ်ဘဲ iPhone သုံးသည်ဟု တိုင်ကြားခံရသည်။
အမှန်မှာ ထိုကစားသမားသည် ယနေ့အထိ iOS စနစ်ကို နေ့စဉ်လေ့ကျင့်ရာတွင် အသုံးပြုနေပြီး၊ မျက်နှာပြင်ခံစားမှုတူညီမှုရှိစေရန်၊ iPhone နှင့် တူသည့်ဖုန်းကာဗာတစ်ခုကို အသုံးပြုခဲ့သည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ထိုကိစ္စနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ ဗီဒီယိုအထောက်အထားများဖြင့် တုံ့ပြန်ထားသည်။
၂။ လိမ်လည်မှု စွပ်စွဲချက်နှင့် ဆန့်ကျင်ခြင်း
GAC စနစ်ဖြင့် အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ စောင့်ကြည့်မှုနှင့် စစ်ဆေးမှုများ လုပ်ဆောင်ထားသည်။ အစဉ်အလာထဲတွင် မှန်ကန်သော လိမ်လည်မှုတစ်ခုဖြစ်ခဲ့လျှင် ထင်ရှားသော လက်ရာတွေ့နိုင်သည်။ ထိုကဲ့သို့သော အသေအချာအထောက်အထားများရှိခဲ့လျှင် ချက်ချင်း ဆုံးဖြတ်နိုင်သည်။
၃။ ပွင့်လင်းမြင်သာမှုအပေါ် မေးခွန်းထုတ်ခြင်း
“Cheating” ဟူသောစကားလုံးတစ်ခုတည်းဖြင့် တရားမျှတမှုကို မဖော်ပြနိုင်သောကြောင့် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အပြည့်အစုံသော အထောက်အထားများ ထုတ်ဖော်ဖော်ပြရန် တောင်းဆိုပါသည်။
၄။ စုံစမ်းမှုလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်နှင့် ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်အပေါ် မေးခွန်းထုတ်ခြင်း
“Formal Investigation” ဟု အာဏာပိုင်က ပြောကြားထားသောကြောင့်၊ ထိုလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်၏ စံနှုန်းများနှင့် အခြေခံချက်များကို ထုတ်ဖော်ရန် တောင်းဆိုပါသည်။ ထင်မြင်ချက်များ သို့မဟုတ် မမှန်ကန်သည့် ဗီဒီယိုဖြင့်သာ ဆုံးဖြတ်ခြင်းကို မလုပ်မိကြောင်း ယုံကြည်ပါသည်။
၅။ အယူခံနိုင်မှုအခွင့်အရေး
ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အယူခံခွင့်တောင်းဆိုမှုများ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သော်လည်း အာဏာပိုင်ထံမှ တုံ့ပြန်မှုမရရှိခဲ့ပါ။ ဇွန်လ ၈ ရက်တွင် ချက်ချင်း ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက် ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့သည်။ ပြင်ဆင်ခွင့်အတွက် အခွင့်အရေးကင်းမဲ့သွားသည်။
ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် မည်သည့်အချိန်တွင်မဆို တရားမျှတမှုရရှိရန် ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ပါမည်။ ထို့အပြင် ဆက်လက်တိုင်ကြားရန်နှင့် မိမိတို့၏ အခွင့်အရေးများကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရန် အခွင့်အရေးများကို ထိန်းသိမ်းထားပါသည်။

IMPUNITY ESPORTS OFFICIAL STATEMENT No.1
On 7 June 2025, we received an official notice from the HOK WKS tournament referees, accusing our HOK team of alleged "piloting" during the 6 June match against FEHK. Our team responded immediately and fully cooperated with the tournament officials in the investigation.
The tournament organizers have since issued a public penalty decision disqualifying our team and revoking our prize. Out of respect for the tournament authority and to avoid influencing the ruling or disrupting the competition, we have refrained from publicly commenting on the matter.
Due to the recent severe earthquake in Myanmar, to ensure stable internet and electricity for the team, we relocated our squad to China for training and participation prior to the match. During this period, we engaged in multiple rounds of investigation and communication with the China division and the HOK WKS officials. We hereby clarify the following:
1. Regarding the "Device Switching" Accusation
The organizer claimed that our clash lane player used an iPhone during the match, despite having registered with an iQOO 12.
In fact, the player routinely trains on iOS and used a phone case resembling an iPhone to maintain familiar hand-feel. We promptly provided clarification and video evidence, and fully cooperated with the referees.
2. Refuting the Cheating Allegation
All competition devices were under strict real-time monitoring by GAC (Game Anti-Cheating), with full audio, video, and screen recordings throughout, including on-site inspections. Any actual cheating would have left obvious traces. If definitive proof existed, a prompt decision would have been possible, rather than dwelling on vague video analysis.
3. Questioning Transparency
We formally request the HOK WKS officials to publish the full evidence chain behind their cheating accusation. A single term—“Cheating”—is insufficient to fully and fairly represent the situation.
4. Questioning the Investigation Process
As the officials claimed to have launched a “Formal Investigation,” we urge disclosure of the standards, methods, and basis for their conclusions. We believe HOK WKS would not reach such a severe verdict based on unverifiable footage or speculation.
5. On Appeal Rights
We inquired about the appeals process multiple times with no clear response. Yet on 8 June, a ruling was hastily published, disqualifying us and finalizing tournament arrangements—rendering any appeal effectively meaningless. HOK, a premier MOBA title featured in the Asian Games and EWC, should uphold global sporting standards, where appeals are a basic right, not an exception.
In conclusion, we will continue to seek a fair and reasonable resolution, and reserve all rights to further appeal and defend our position. We call on HOK WKS to respond publicly, transparently, and professionally to uphold competitive integrity and the spirit of esports.

2025年6月7日，我司接获HOK WKS赛区裁判组的正式通知，指控我司HOK战队于6月6日对阵FEHK战队的比赛中存在“代打”行为。我司第一时间启动内部响应机制，并全力配合赛事官方开展调查工作。
日前，赛事官方已对我司战队作出“取消参赛资格及奖金”的公开处罚决定。出于对赛事权威性的尊重，以及避免我司公开回应对判罚结果或赛事秩序造成不当影响，我司始终保持克制，未就事件细节作出公开回应。
鉴于近日缅甸发生强烈地震，为保障战队的网络与电力稳定性，我司已于赛前将HOK战队整体转移至中国境内进行训练与参赛。在此期间，我司积极配合中国区团队与HOK WKS官方就相关调查事项展开多轮沟通，并就具体指控事项作出以下说明：
1. 关于“更换设备”指控
主办方指称，我司上单选手于6月6日比赛期间所使用的设备为iPhone，而其注册设备为iQOO 12，因此怀疑存在设备更换及舞弊行为。
实际情况为：该选手因平时训练习惯使用iOS系统，为维持设备手感一致，在比赛中使用了一款外观与iPhone极为相似的手机壳。面对主办方的质疑，我司已第一时间提供了详细澄清与自证材料（包含视频证据），并全力配合裁判组的进一步核查。
2. 关于作弊可能性的反驳
整个赛事过程中，所有参赛设备均处于GAC（Game Anti-cheating）系统的实时监控之下，比赛也全程录音、录像与录屏，且多次进行现场检查。在如此严格的防舞弊环境中，任何试图违规的行为都将留下明显痕迹，不可能在视频中仅留存模糊疑点。若主办方真掌握所谓“实锤证据”，理应早已定论，不应陷入反复纠结“视频细节”的不合理状态。
3. 关于事件透明度的质疑
基于公开透明的原则，我司正式请求HOK WKS主办方公开有关我司HOK战队涉嫌违规的完整证据链。仅凭“Cheating”一词难以说明事实全貌，亦无法满足赛事管理应有的公正性与程序正义。
4. 关于调查程序与结论的质疑
鉴于官方称该事件已启动“Formal Investigation”，我司郑重请求官方公布调查流程细节与标准，以便业内与公众了解此次对我司战队作出重大指控的依据与过程。我司坚信，HOK WKS官方不会仅凭数段难以验证真伪的视频或主观推断，便草率作出取消参赛资格等严重处罚决定。
5. 关于申诉权利的合理质问
我司多次尝试咨询申诉流程及途径，均未获明确回复。6月8日，主办方便迅速发布处理决定，使我队被取消资格并直接影响后续赛事排程，申诉权形同虚设。HOK作为MOBA类精品竞技游戏，早已入选亚运会与电竞世界杯（EWC）官方项目，其赛事组织理应比照国际体育赛事标准，保障所有参赛方的基本申诉权，避免成为行业中的特例。
综上所述，我司将继续寻求合理、公正的处理，并保留就此次事件进一步申诉和维权的权利。我们真诚期待HOK WKS官方尽快给予公开、透明且专业的回应，以正视听，维护赛事公信力与电竞精神。
