Job Description โ Marketing & Business Development Executive (MIH)
1) Marketing & Communication (MarCom)
โข Manage and oversee all MIH social media platforms and digital communication channels.
โข Create engaging content, including copywriting, graphic design, and motion graphics, tailored to various audiences.
โข Plan, execute, and monitor both online and offline marketing campaigns.
โข Develop brand themes, key messages, and communication approaches for internal and external audiences.
โข Coordinate marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.
โข Maintain consistent communication with customers and stakeholders through public announcements, updates, and promotional content.
2) Branding & Merchandising
โข Develop, implement, and maintain MIHโs brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all departments and operations.
โข Source, evaluate, and propose products, services, and merchandise for bundling with MIH service plans.
โข Oversee production, quality control, and stock management of POSM items (Point-of-Sale Materials).
โข Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for branding materials, gift items, and marketing assets.
โข Strengthen MIHโs brand presence through strategic merchandising and visibility initiatives.
3) Business Development
โข Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand MIHโs project sales portfolio.
โข Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing project sales clients to ensure long-term retention.
โข Handle new sales, renewal negotiations, and customer onboarding for building projects.
โข Manage and negotiate commercial agreements with both existing and potential building owners, developers, and corporate partners.
โข Serve as the primary liaison for project-based service deployments, ensuring alignment between MIH and building stakeholders.
4) Document Control & Administration
โข Manage and process purchase requests, payment documents, and internal approvals for the department.
โข Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping for contracts, procurement papers, and commercial agreements.
โข Coordinate with finance, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.
โข Maintain accurate tracking logs for department expenses, project sales documentation, and inventory records.
Academic Requirements
๐นDiploma or Bachelorโs degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or any related field.
๐นStrong command of English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to draft contracts and handle commercial communications professionally.
Work Experience
๐นMinimum 3 years of experience in the sales, marketing or business development field.
๐นExperience in the telecommunication industry is an added advantage.
๐นProven ability in content writing and basic visual/ graphic creation.
๐นHands-on experience managing social media platforms.
๐นProficient in Microsoft 365, including strong skills in PowerPoint and presentation development.
