ဟန်တာဗိုင်းရပ်စ် (Hantavirus) ဆိုတာ ကြွက်နဲ့ ရှဥ့်လိုမျိုး ကိုက်ဖြတ်သတ္တဝါတွေကနေတစ်ဆင့် လူကို ကူးစက်တတ်တဲ့ ဗိုင်းရပ်စ်တစ်မျိုးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

၁။ ကူးစက်ပုံ အဆင့်ဆင့်
ဟန်တာဗိုင်းရပ်စ်ဟာ တိရစ္ဆာန်ကနေ လူကို အဓိကအားဖြင့် အောက်ပါနည်းလမ်းတွေနဲ့ ကူးစက်တတ်ပါတယ် -

• ရှူရှိုက်မိခြင်း: ဗိုင်းရပ်စ်ပိုးရှိတဲ့ ကြွက်ရဲ့ အညစ်အကြေး (ကျင်ငယ်ရေ၊ မစင်) နဲ့ တံတွေးတွေ ခြောက်သွေ့သွားတဲ့အခါ လေထဲမှာ ဖုန်မှုန့်လိုမျိုး လွင့်ပါနေတတ်ပါတယ်။ အဲဒီလေကို ရှူရှိုက်မိရာကနေ အဓိက ကူးစက်ပါတယ်။

• တိုက်ရိုက်ထိတွေ့ခြင်း: ပိုးရှိတဲ့ အညစ်အကြေးတွေကို လက်နဲ့ကိုင်မိပြီးနောက် ပါးစပ်၊ နှာခေါင်းနဲ့ မျက်လုံးတွေကို ပြန်ပွတ်မိရာကနေ ကူးစက်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
• အကိုက်ခံရခြင်း: ပိုးရှိတဲ့ ကြွက် ဒါမှမဟုတ် တိရစ္ဆာန် အကိုက်ခံရရင်လည်း ကူးစက်နိုင်ပေမဲ့ ဒါကတော့ ဖြစ်ခဲပါတယ်။

၂။ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာနိုင်တဲ့ ရောဂါလက္ခဏာများ
ဟန်တာဗိုင်းရပ်စ်ကြောင့် အဓိကအားဖြင့် ရောဂါ နှစ်မျိုး ဖြစ်ပွားနိုင်ပါတယ်။

က။ အသက်ရှူလမ်းကြောင်းဆိုင်ရာ (HPS):
အစောပိုင်းမှာ တုပ်ကွေးလိုမျိုး ဖျားတာ၊ ကြွက်သားနာကျင်တာ၊ ခေါင်းကိုက်တာနဲ့ မူးဝေတာမျိုးတွေ ဖြစ်တတ်ပါတယ်။ ရောဂါရင့်လာရင် အဆုတ်ထဲမှာ ရေဝင်လာပြီး အသက်ရှူရ အရမ်းခတ်ခဲလာတတ်ပါတယ်။

ခ။ ကျောက်ကပ်ဆိုင်ရာ (HFRS):
ဖျားနာခြင်းအပြင် ပြင်းထန်စွာ ဗိုက်အောင့်တာ၊ ကျောကပ်နာတာ၊ သွေးပေါင်ကျတာနဲ့ ကျောက်ကပ် အလုပ်မလုပ်တော့တာမျိုးတွေ ဖြစ်ပွားနိုင်ပါတယ်။

၃။ ကာကွယ်ရမည့် နည်းလမ်းများ
ဒီဗိုင်းရပ်စ်အတွက် လက်ရှိမှာ ထိရောက်တဲ့ ကာကွယ်ဆေး မရှိသေးတာကြောင့် ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်မှုက အရေးအကြီးဆုံး ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

• ကြွက်များကို နှိမ်နင်းပါ: အိမ်တွင်း၊ အိမ်ပြင်မှာ ကြွက်တွေ မခိုအောင်းနိုင်အောင် သန့်ရှင်းရေးလုပ်ပါ။

• အညစ်အကြေးများကို သတိထားပါ: ကြွက်ချေး ဒါမှမဟုတ် ကြွက်သေတွေကို ရှင်းလင်းတဲ့အခါ လက်အိတ်နဲ့ နှာခေါင်းစည်း (Mask) ကို စနစ်တကျ တပ်ဆင်ပါ။

• ပိုးသတ်ဆေး သုံးပါ: ကြွက်ချေးတွေကို ဒီအတိုင်း လှည်းကျုံးတာမျိုး မလုပ်ပါနဲ့ (လေထဲကို ပျံ့နှံ့စေနိုင်လို့ပါ)။ အစိုဓာတ်ရအောင် ပိုးသတ်ဆေး သို့မဟုတ် ကလိုရင်းရည် ဖျန်းပြီးမှ ဂရုတစိုက် သိမ်းဆည်းပါ။

ဟန်တာဗိုင်းရပ်စ်ဟာ COVID-19 လိုမျိုး လူတစ်ယောက်ကနေ တစ်ယောက်ကို (အလွန်ရှားပါးတဲ့ အခြေအနေကလွဲလို့) လွယ်လွယ်ကူကူ မကူးစက်တတ်ပါဘူး။ ကြွက်တွေဆီကနေသာ အဓိက ကူးစက်တာဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက်-

• အိမ်တွင်းမှာ ကြွက်မခိုအောင်းအောင် လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း။

• ကြွက်ချေး သို့မဟုတ် ကြွက်သေတွေကို ရှင်းလင်းတဲ့အခါ စနစ်တကျ အကာအကွယ် ယူခြင်း။

• အစာအိမ်နဲ့ အသက်ရှူလမ်းကြောင်းဆိုင်ရာ သန့်ရှင်းရေးကို ဂရုစိုက်ခြင်းဖြင့် စိတ်ချလက်ချ နေထိုင်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာတော့ ဒီဗိုင်းရပ်စ်ကြောင့် စိုးရိမ်စရာ အခြေအနေမျိုး (Outbreak) လက်ရှိမှာ မရှိသေးပါဘူး။

အကယ်၍ ကြွက်တွေနဲ့ ထိတွေ့ပြီးနောက် အပြင်းအထန် ဖျားနာတာ၊ အသက်ရှူကျပ်တာမျိုး ဖြစ်လာရင် နီးစပ်ရာ ဆေးရုံ၊ ဆေးခန်းကို အမြန်ဆုံး သွားရောက်ပြသသင့်ပါတယ်။ စောစီးစွာ ကုသမှုခံယူခြင်းက အသက်အန္တရာယ်ကနေ ကာကွယ်နိုင်မယ့် အခွင့်အလမ်း ပိုများစေပါတယ်။
