၂။ အားကစားႏွင့္ကာယပညာဦးစီးဌာနမွ ဖြင့္လွစ္သည့္အားကစားအရာရွိသင္တန္း၊အားကစားနည္းျပသင္တန္း၊ အားကစားနည္းစနစ္မွူးသင္တန္းမ်ားကို
ဖြင့္လွစ္သင္ၾကားျခင္း၊
၃။ အျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာအိုလံပစ္ေကာ္မတီ၏ကူညီမွုျဖင့္အခါအားေလ်ာ္စြာဖြင့္လွစ္မည့္အားကစား ေခါင

၅။ ျမန္မာ့လက္ေရြးစင္အားကစားသမားမ်ားေနရာတြင္ေသြးသစ္ေလာင္းနိုင္ရန္လူငယ္အားကစားသမားမ်ားစဥ္ဆက္မျပတ္ ေပၚထြက္နိုင္ရန္အတြက္
