Be more aware of your body! You live in this body, you know more about it than anybody. Pay attention - we don't speak of illness, we just speak of imbalance. So what is the body telling you - it's out of balance. There are things that you can do to regain balance & that's MOVEMENT, GOOD NUTRITION, GOOD BREATHING (OXYGENATION).
