Šipčanica Waterfall is one of the hidden gems near the Tara River Canyon. Surrounded by untouched nature, this beautiful place is known not only for its crystal-clear waterfall but also for its history. According to local stories, the canyon of Šipčanica was the hiding place of Vlado Šipčić, one of the last fighters of the Yugoslav resistance movement after World War II
The site was later named after him, giving Šipčanica a unique blend of natural beauty and historical significance.
