HOW TO RETURN TO TRAINING AFTER A LONG BREAK?
*️⃣This is undoubtedly important for your health and your results in the gym.
Returning to gym, for many people will be very exciting for other more difficult.
*️⃣The main thing is not to try to return to your form in the first session.
Everything should happen gradually.
First of all, you need to make a plan.
*️⃣There is no confirmed information about how much time and training is needed to restore muscle. Everything is individual, someone needs a couple of weeks, and someone needs months to recover from a 3 month break. In any case, focus only on your physical abilities.
🔸️Here are some tips for you:
1- At the initial stage, special attention should be paid to warming up and stretching. This will help you recover, reduce muscle pain after exercise.
2-Do not grab large weights. Start with a minimum and gradually, over time, increase your weight.
3- Perform one exercise for each muscle group. Functional training is a great way to balance progress during recovery from a break.
4-Start taking vitamins if you not taking yet.
*️⃣You will return to the form quite quickly if you keep yourself under control, observe the right pace when building up the load. At the same time, the risk of injury with this approach is minimal. This means that if you overload yourself or overcharge yourself, the next long break will not keep you waiting.
