UIM Official page About the Union Internationale Motonautique. The UIM is the world governing body for all Powerboating activities.

It is fully recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), is a member of the Global Association of International Sports Federations (GAISF) and of the Association of the IOC Recognized International Sports Federations (ARISF), for which UIM President, Dr. Raffaele Chiulli also serves as President (ARISF). The UIM has 64 affiliated National Federations. Circuit, Offshore, Pleasure Navigation, Aquabike and MotoSurf are the main disciplines. The UIM has signed a Cooperation Agreement with the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) to further its range of environmental initiatives, share expertise and work together for “greening” the Sport.

F2, what a show!

Overtakes, restarts, accidents and decisive penalties were on the menu at last weekend’s Grand Prix of Peso da Régua in Portugal, the penultimate round of the 2026 UIM F2 World Championship.

Norwegian Tobias Munthe-Kaas became the first-ever driver to win a F2 World Championship race with a Mercury Racing 250 APX four-stroke engine.

RACING WEEKEND 🏁

The Circuit F2 class is back in action this weekend in Peso da Régua, Portugal, for the fourth round of the 2026 World Championship.

Fifteen drivers are registered to race on a 1,685-metre race course located on the Douro River, in the heart of the beautiful Douro Valley.

Follow F2 World Championship for event updates and watch Saturday’s qualifying and Sunday’s Grand Prix race live on the F2 YouTube channel.

🏆 TEAM BRADY WIN THE INAUGURAL E1 LUANDA GP! 🇦🇴

A first victory of the season for Team Brady sees them extend their lead to 40 points at the top of the 2026 UIM E1 World Championship presented by PIF.
🇦🇴 Luanda delivered plenty of drama, with Team Brady holding off Team Monaco by just 1.4 seconds in the final.

Memories from the last OSY400 European Championship 📷

In conjunction with the Circuit F2 World Championship Round, which came to a halt following a racing accident, San Nazzaro in Monticelli d’Ongina, Italy, hosted the OSY400 European Championship last weekend.

Polish drivers continue to shine in the category, with Cezary Strumnik and Jeremi Jozwiak finishing first and second respectively in the Championship, in exactly the same order as in the World Championship held earlier this year in Poland. Italian Francesco Troglio, who made an impressive start with two heat wins, took third place overall after the four heats.
