If so, you’re not alone. In fact, research suggests the average person has 60,000–70,000 thoughts per day, and for most, the majority lean negative. The problem? These aren’t just harmless whispers. They’re rewiring your brain in real time.

As a Neuroscience and Transformational Coach, I want to show you why the words you say to yourself carry as much weight—sometimes even more—than the words spoken by others. And more importantly, how you can use this brain science to fuel growth instead of sabotage.

Why Your Brain Treats Self-Talk Like Real Experience

Neuroscience has consistently shown that the brain doesn’t clearly distinguish between self-generated thoughts and external experiences.

Case in point:
In a study published in Nature Neuroscience (Rilling et al., 2008), fMRI scans revealed that the same neural networks activated when participants received external criticism were also triggered during self-directed criticism. In other words, your brain processes harsh self-talk the same way it processes someone else’s attack.

Its number one job is survival. And for the brain, familiar = safe. Even if your “familiar” feels unfulfilling, limiting, or painful, your brain will try to hold on to it—because it knows it.

That’s why you may notice patterns repeating:
• Choosing the same type of partner.
• Recreating the same dynamics at work.
• Hitting the same income ceiling year after year.

These aren’t random. They’re the result of neural highways your brain has built over time. These pathways are automatic, effortless—like driving a route you’ve traveled a thousand times.

الإرادة هي رغبة ذاتية في الإنسان و لا توجد عند الحيوان. وقد عرفها بعض المفكرين بأنّها قدرة الإنسان على اتخاذ قراره من تلقاء نفسه، فهي ملكة الاختيار في فعل أمر أو الامتناع عنه. في نظري ليس كل الناس لديهم الاستطاعة على تنفيذ ما ارادوه لأن الإرادة وحدها لا تكفي للمضي في أي نشاط يقومون به أو قرار يتخذونه. بل يجب علينا أن نتجرد من الخوف لأنه يشكل عائقا يحول بين الإرادة و التنفيذ. و الخوف شعور يولده الألم و الألم سببه هو حب تملك الأشياء. فنحن دائما نتألم لفقدان شيء نملكه و لذلك نخاف بشدة. فالملوك يخافون من زوال ملكهم و ذهاب سلطانهم لأنهم سيتالمون، و من يمتلك السلطة أو منصب معين فهو يخاف من فقدانه لأنه سيتالم. دائما ما تكون عندنا الإرادة الملحة والحاجة المستعجلة للقيام بفعل ما أو اتخاذ قرار أو موقف معين و لاكن لا نستطيع أن نقوم بذلك لأننا نخاف من فقدان شيء نمتلكه. ولكن إذا تجردنا من عائق الخوف الذي يسببه حب تملك الأشياء فإننا نستطيع النجاح في تنفيذ ما نريد و التحرر من كل القيود في اتخاذ القرارات الصحيحة.

Il y a des personnes qui manifestent des comportements hors limites pour lesquels votre Esprit s'arrête, votre Serveur plante et la Raison perd ses références. Il y a des moments où vous n'arrivez pas à admettre l'existence de la personne elle-même.
Vous savez pourquoi ces personnes manifestent ces comportements inadéquats ?
Sûrement, ces personnes ignorent, ou elles ont acquis une éducation falsifiée sur la nature de l'être humain et la finalité de son existence (création). Sinon elles ont des interprétations non-justes de la composition tridimensionnelle de l'être humain : Esprit, Âme et Corps (l'ordre ici n'est pas aléatoire). Comme conséquence à ces considérations, ces personnes ne sont pas conscientes de leurs croyances, de leurs pensées, de leurs valeurs et de leurs émotions. Donc, elles sont incapables de les identifier toutes. Donc, elles ne peuvent pas contrôler leurs émotions (y compris leurs passions) et se laissent contrôler par elles. Le dysfonctionnement de ce processus de conscience, identification et contrôle a des impacts négatifs sur leurs comportements envers elles-mêmes, envers les autres et envers l'environnement qui leur entoure.

الاستطاعة على التعلم هي المواهب و المهارات التي يجب علينا اكتسابها و تطويرها، فهذه صفة مكتسبة و لسنا متساوون فيها لأن كل مكتسب يختلف بالاختلاف الاشخاص.

الرغبة في التعلم هو الاختيار الذي يجب علينا أن نقوم به و نلتزم به و نحارب من أجله.

The Capacity to learn is Allah's Fitrah with which He has created us. This is an innate characteristic in which all human beings are equal. Allah Almighty grants all of us this blessing with which He honors us.

The ability to learn is the talents and skills that we must acquire and develop. This is an acquired quality and we are not equal in this because everything acquired is different for different people.

The willingness to learn is the choice we must make, commit to and fight for.

احرس على تحصيل العلم و تعلم على استمرار دون انقطاع لأن العلم طريق ليس له نهاية. و اجعل من تطوير ذاتك المحرك الأساسي في حياتك. فبالعلم يرقى الإنسان و ينال الشرف العظيم.
كن متواضعا مع الناس مهما كانت أشكالهم و أحوالهم و احرس على عدم الإساءة إليهم و سارع إلى قضاء حوائجهم و مساعدتهم.
و أخيرا قلل من النوم و اللهو و الأكل الشره و أكثر من العبادة و القراءة و الرياضة..
