Previous experience is not needed. During the class we will go through different poses that helps to strech and strength our bodies. Exercises will help to improve your balance, flexibility, muscles and joints, and there will be lower risk of developing osteoporosis. And two most important benefits is that it improve your quality of sleep and reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.
