I didn’t want to share this at first, but sometimes you need to look back to truly see how far you’ve come.

In 2025, I hit my lowest point.
I kept pushing, always pushing, until there was nothing left.

Studying, working, training, trying to figure out who I was and what I wanted, while always being there for everyone else.

But at some point I just couldn’t anymore.

I reached a place I never thought I’d find myself in. A place that forced me to stop, to feel, to face everything I had been running from.

And strangely enough, it changed me.

It shifted my priorities.
It taught me how to slow down.
It gave me something I didn’t even realize I was missing: peace.

So if there’s one thing I want you to take from this, it’s this:

Hitting rock bottom isn’t the end. It’s not failure.

It’s a turning point. A lesson. A moment that reshapes you into someone stronger, softer, and more aware of what truly matters.🤍

Sometimes, you have to break to finally rebuild the right way. ✨
