📌 Heureux d’annoncer la réception de ma Carte Professionnelle d’Entraîneur, délivrée par la Fédération Royale Marocaine de Football (FRMF).

Cette carte professionnelle constitue une reconnaissance officielle de mon statut d’entraîneur qualifié et m’autorise à exercer les fonctions d’encadrement technique conformément à la réglementation en vigueur.

Une étape importante dans mon parcours au service du développement des joueurs, de l’éducation sportive et de la performance footballistique.

Je reste pleinement engagé dans l’apprentissage continu et dans la contribution au développement du football.

مرحلة التأسيس (Initiation): ليست تدريبًا… بل صناعة علاقة بين الطفل والكرة

كثير من المدربين يعتقدون أن نجاح مرحلة التأسيس يُقاس بمدى تطور المهارات أو النتائج في المباريات الصغيرة. لكن الحقيقة أعمق من ذلك بكثير:
في هذه المرحلة نحن لا نُدرّب لاعبين… نحن نُشكّل مشاعر.

الطفل في هذا العمر لا يتذكر عدد التمريرات التي تعلمها، بل يتذكر: كيف شعر داخل الحصة؟
هل كان خائفًا أم حرًا؟
هل كان يُسمح له أن يخطئ أم كان يُعاقب؟
هل أحب اللعبة أم فقد شغفه بها؟

وهنا يبدأ الفرق الحقيقي بين مدرب يُخرّج لاعبين… ومدرب يُنهي مسار أطفال قبل أن يبدأ.

🎯 أولاً: هدفك الحقيقي ليس “التعليم” بل “الاستمرارية”

في مرحلة التأسيس، النجاح لا يعني لاعبًا جيدًا اليوم، بل طفلًا:

يعود للحصة بشغف

يطلب الكرة بنفسه

لا يخاف من التجربة

يرتبط باللعبة عاطفيًا

إذا فقدت هذا، فأي تطوير تقني لاحق يصبح بلا معنى.

⚽ ثانياً: اللعب هو اللغة الوحيدة التي يفهمها الطفل

التدريب في هذه المرحلة يجب أن يُبنى على فكرة بسيطة:

> الطفل لا يحتاج شرحًا كثيرًا… بل يحتاج لعبًا أكثر.

ألعاب صغيرة (Small Sided Games)

مواقف تنافسية خفيفة بدون ضغط

قواعد بسيطة قابلة للتغيير

مساحة مفتوحة للقرار والخطأ

كلما لعب أكثر، تعلم أكثر… دون أن يشعر أنه “في درس”.

🧠 ثالثاً: الطفل لا يحتاج مدربًا صارمًا… بل بيئة آمنة

أكبر خطأ في التدريب القاعدي هو تحويل الحصة إلى اختبار دائم.

تذكر دائمًا:

الصراخ لا يصنع لاعبًا… بل يصنع خوفًا

التصحيح المستمر لا يبني… بل يربك

المقارنة بين الأطفال تقتل الثقة

بدل ذلك:

شجع المحاولة قبل النتيجة

امدح القرار الجيد حتى لو كانت النتيجة خاطئة

اجعل الخطأ جزءًا طبيعيًا من التعلم

🚫 رابعاً: أخطاء تدمر مرحلة التأسيس (انتبه لها)

هذه ليست تفاصيل صغيرة، بل أخطاء تؤثر على مستقبل الطفل:

التركيز على الفوز أكثر من التعلم

برامج بدنية قاسية لا تناسب العمر

إقصاء الأطفال الأقل مستوى

التخصص المبكر (خصوصًا حارس المرمى)

تدريب “نسخة مصغرة من الكبار” بدل عالم الأطفال

🔥 خامساً: المدرب في هذه المرحلة هو “مُصمم تجربة” وليس مُدرّب فقط

اسأل نفسك قبل كل حصة:

هل هذه الحصة ممتعة لطفل عمره 5 أو 8 سنوات؟

هل سيشعر بالحرية أم بالضغط؟

هل سيتعلم دون أن يشعر أنه يُجبر؟

إذا كانت الإجابة لا، فأنت تحتاج إعادة التفكير في التمرين، وليس في اللاعب.

🏁 الخلاصة

في مرحلة التأسيس:

> نحن لا نصنع أبطال اليوم… بل نصنع حب اللعبة لسنوات قادمة.

النجاح الحقيقي ليس في لوحة النتائج، بل في: طفل يضحك أثناء اللعب،
يطلب العودة غدًا،
ولا يفكر في ترك الكرة.

هذا هو الإنجاز الذي لا يُكتب في التقارير… لكنه يصنع كرة القدم الحقيقية.

J’ai l’honneur d’annoncer l’obtention de ma Licence C CAF 🎓
après avoir validé avec succès toutes les étapes de la formation.

Cette certification représente une étape importante dans mon parcours d’entraîneur et renforce mon engagement envers le développement des jeunes talents selon les standards techniques marocains africains.

Je tiens à adresser mes remerciements les plus sincères aux encadrants techniques de la Ligue de Grand Casablanca et à tous les stagiaires pour leur soutien, leur expertise et leur contribution à cette réussite.

Je vous promets de continuer à apprendre et à travailler avec diligence afin de fournir une formation de la meilleure qualité et contribuer à la formation d’une nouvelle génération de joueurs.

after successfully completing all stages of the training program.

This certification represents an important milestone in my coaching journey and strengthens my commitment to the development of young talents according to Moroccan and African technical standards.
