🚨 أزمة الرجاء ليست أزمة مالية، فالشركة جاءت وحلّت هذا المشكل إلى حدّ كبير، لكن الرجاء تعاني في الآونة الأخيرة من أزمة في التسيير والمسيرين.
أصبحنا نرى أشخاصًا من خارج الرجاء يتولون مسؤولية الفريق أكثر من أبناء النادي، بينما أبناء الرجاء، بمجرد ارتكابهم خطأ بسيطًا، يتم انتقادهم بقوة وكأنهم لا يستحقون فرصة أخرى، وهذا يجعلنا ننفر منهم ونكرههم في الرجاء.
والغريب أن عددًا من أبناء الرجاء، بمجرد مغادرتهم للنادي، يتولون مهام التسيير أو التدريب في أندية أخرى وينجحون في مناصبهم، لأن المشكلة في كثير من الأحيان ليست في الكفاءة، وإنما في طريقة تعامل جزء من جمهور الرجاء مع أبناء النادي.
نتمنى من جمهور الرجاء أن يعيد النظر في هذه العقلية، وأن يمنح أبناء النادي الدعم والثقة والصبر، حتى لو ارتكب أحدهم خطأً بسيطًا. ساندوا ابن الرجاء، حتى لو أخطأ، لأنه في النهاية واحد من أبناء الدار، وليس شخصًا غريبًا عن النادي.
Raja's crisis isn't financial; the company came in and largely resolved that issue. However, Raja has recently been suffering from a crisis in management and leadership.
We've started seeing people from outside Raja taking more responsibility for the team than the club's own players, while Raja's own players, as soon as they make a small mistake, are heavily criticized as if they don't deserve another chance. This makes us dislike and hate them.
The strange thing is that a number of Raja players, once they leave the club, take on management or coaching roles at other clubs and succeed in their positions, because the problem is often not a lack of competence, but rather the way some members of the club handle things.
We hope Raja fans will reconsider this mentality and give the club's players support, trust, and patience, even if one of them makes a small mistake. Support Raja's players, even if they err, because ultimately they are one of the club's own, not just...
