As I was browsing YouTube, I came across a page that was, to the best of my belief, sharing an Indian program. It featured an interview with the famous Indian actor 'J-A.' A luminary of Indian cinema, he was weeping intensely, and the signs of severe depression were evident on his face. A situation that brought tears to my eyes, for I have no connection with this man except our shared humanity. A man with his handsome looks, strong athletic physique, and acting prowess in various roles. Perhaps, those who came across this video would agree with me on the gravity of the event that led this idol to collapse in such a manner. However, the pressing question remains: Who is supporting this hero in this circumstance? Where are the local and international cinema unions? Where are his colleagues and comrades in the field? Where are his companions across continents? Isn't there someone pulling him back into the world of strength and resilience to stand again and continue moving forward.
Indian stars are known to everyone for their credibility, valor, and the inspiration they provide even to the new generation in the realm of the seventh art. Please, I implore you, turn your attention to your brother. This is a plea from a Moroccan admirer of the grand Indian screen. You embody love and tenderness in a world rampant with selfishness, even severing the strings of the backbone."
