🍃 Sometimes, all you need is fresh air and no humans around.

Being alone or with someone who is not saying a word could unlock the deepest fears and self struggles.

When we feel overwhelmed with everything around us, we take a quick flight to Latvia, our home country. 🇱🇻 We have realized that it's much easier to find calmness and peace in Latvia. So, we go there to be with our thoughts & to enjoy the fresh air.

What is the secret place that lets you be calm?

Take a deep breath. Be with yourself for at least 10 minutes. Then, go outside for some fresh air. Trust me, you will quickly solve the problem to which you were unable to find a solution for hours.
