Vēlamies paskaidrot, ka mūsu komanda nav saistīta ar konkrētu studiju programmu un ir atvērta studentiem no visdažādākajām vidēm!

Iestāšanās studiju programmā „Transports, mobilitāte un inovācijas“ negarantē vietu FS RTU komandā, taču mēs aicinām visus, kas vēlas pievienoties, pieteikties mūsu komandai septembrī, kad atkal sāksim dalībnieku atlasi.

FS RTU has hit the Met Gala 2026 red carpet in stunning pink livery!

The outfit is inspired by the work of Anatols Lapiņš and the 1971 Porche 917/20. Being hosted on the 4th of May, this year’s Met Gala was the perfect opportunity to celebrate a Latvian designer and an iconic look, desplayed in museums all over the globe!

The action at the workshop never stops and the sparks keep flying as we work on our frame! ⚡️

Beyond manufacturing, several members of our team are also learning how to weld using the spare tubes and other bits. That resulted in our tube tree sculpture that you can see in a few of these photos.

Stay tuned for more manufacturing updates and don’t forget not to look directly at the pretty light while someone is welding!

This past weekend, our team had the opportunity to display our car at the largest automotive industry exhibition in the Baltics! 🚘 ⚡️

‘Auto 2026’ exhibition took place over the course of three days, from April 24th to 26th, with the venue full of attendees every single day. In 2025, there were over 30k visitors at the exhibition. No doubt, this year was no different.

We got to present our car and the team to hundreds of people, among them, the Mayor of Riga and the Minister for Climate and Energy!

This was a valuable experience and a chance to further promote Formula Student in Latvia. We can’t wait for more opportunities like this and promise to see you all again very soon!

Another piece of our car is waiting to be assembled. While we finish up with our frame, the powertrain and suspension sub-teams are gearing up to take over the manufacturing!

Mēs eksponēsim mūsu formulu “Auto 2026” izstādē, kas notiks 24. – 26. aprīlī Ķīpsalas izstāžu centrā!

Šī ir lieliska iespēja iepazīt mūsu komandu un apskatīt mūsu 2025. gada automašīnu dzīvē! To pašu automašīnu, kas šovasar Polijā notikušajās Formula Student sacensībās ieguva Latvijai vēsturisko 3. vietu!

The welding chronicles continue ⚡️

Lots of work on the frame has been completed while the guys get more and more experience welding. It also looks pretty cool, but the pretty light can damage your eyes, so here have some nice pictures instead!

🏎️Pagājušajā gadā mūsu komanda piedalījās “Motoru Sports 2025” izstādē, un arī šogad plānojam būt klāt, lai iepazīstinātu ar komandas auto, tā darbību un šīs sezonas plāniem.

Visu Latvijas un Baltijas tehnisko sporta veidu pārstāvji aicināti piedalīties un apmeklēt izstādi "Motoru Sports 2026", kas norisināsies 6. jūnijā Rīgā,
