I often hear from people that they have no time for good food choices .This is my solution when I don’t want and don’t have time to cook. Fast, easy and nutritious meal just in 5 min❤️ what is your excuse for not being able to have nutritional meal? all what is needed - protein, healthy fats, complex carbohydrates, fast carbs, fiber etc. Canned tuna, mix of greens, tomatoes, corn, carrots, black olives, avocado and good olive oil with lemon , some spices on your taste🤷🏼‍♀️ that’s it.
