Riga United FC is delighted to announce a new partnership with Italy's leading sportswear brand Macron
The Italian design brand and Riga United have signed a two-year agreement for an undisclosed fee, with Macron producing United's playing strip and replica kit for the 2015 and 2016 seasons.
The Italian sportswear company from Bologna is considered one of the leading sports clothing brands in Europe and sponsors a number of Europe's leading football clubs including Napoli, Lazio, Aston Villa and Real Betis, as well as the Scottish national rugby team.
"It shows just how far Riga United has come that a prestigious brand of Macron's stature should approach us and ask us to represent them on and off the pitch in Latvia. We would like to thank Macron for giving us this opportunity which will further benefit our young club's reputation and profile both in Latvia and overseas".
