Rotax DD2 dzinēja automātiskais tests. Uztaisījām 5 testu sēriju dzinējam, kurš tikko izņemts no kastes t.i. bez mūsu ‘know how”. Kāpēc izvēlēties tieši mūsu dzinēju jaudas stendu? Jo tas ir ļoti precīzs ar veikto testu atkārtojamību. Noskaties video līdz beigām! Video var redzēt, kā sakrīt dzinēja jaudas paramteri un testa līknes ir ļoti tuvas viena otrai.
Rotax DD2 engine automated test. We made a test of 5 runs on an engine that was just taken out of the box, i.e. without our 'know how'. Why choose our engine test bench? Because it is very accurate with the repeatability of the tests performed. Watch the video until the end! In the video you can see how the engine power parameters match and the test curves are very close to each other.

MX50 klases motokrosa dzinēja automātiskais tests, kur jaudas stends uzsāk testus tikai pēc noteikto sistēmas parametru (piem. dzinēja apgriezieni, izpūtēja temperatūra u.c) sansiegšanas.
MX50 class motocross engine automated test, where the test bench start tests only after reaching the desired system parameters i.e. (engine rpm, exhaust gas temperature, etc.).

Dzinējam ir jauns cilindrs un cilindra galva, ieplūdes "mājai" plastikāta starplika, kas nodrošina ieplūdes lameļu papildus dzesēšanu, lielāka jauda par R1 modeli jau bāzes versijā, kā arī izpūtējs ar jaunu homologāciju.

TM KZ-R2 engines for KZ class drivers!
The new R2 engine has a new cylinder and cylinder head. Also, the reed box has been extended with a plastic spacer plate, which gives the reeds a cooling effect, R2 standard engine has already more power compared to the R1 standard engine. Furthermore the R2 engine has a new homologated exhaust pipe.
