Kukkiwon Taekwondo in Latvia is a place where the Korean Government Dispatch Taekwondo Master Jaeung Shin(Kukkiwon 8th Dan) helps the development of Taekwondo in Latvia with the support of The Latvian Taekwondo Federation (President Hermanis Močaļins), The Republic of Korea Embassy in Latvia (Ambassador Seong-Jin Han) and The Kukkiwon (World Taekwondo Headquarters).
