In this special 2.5-hour FREE seminar at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Riga, you will get a brief glimpse of the history of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). You will learn several techniques from Gracie Combatives®, the world’s leading BJJ program for beginners.

The event is suitable for ages 15 and up. We ask that anyone under 18 years of age be accompanied by an adult.
💪🏼 What if I’m not very physically fit?
No problem. This seminar will not be extremely tiring, but rather fun and informative, making it suitable for all participants regardless of their physical ability.
🥋 What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes is all you need. We recommend a T-shirt that covers your shoulders and pants that cover your knees, also some flip flops (to walk from changing room to the mat).
