FLERA offers the following training course: “Dealing with fear when climbing.”

The training course is aimed at all climbers who want to deepen their understanding of how to deal with fear when climbing. The focus is on theory, fall training, and dynamic belaying.

On November 22, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Cube Trier
On November 23, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Cube Trier

🇸🇰 This weekend, Daphné and Lola competed at the European Youth Lead Championships in Žilina, Slovakia.

It wasn’t their strongest performance — finishing 31st for Lola and 48th out of 62 athletes for Daphné in the U17 Female category. Both know they’re capable of more.

Next week, we head to Innsbruck for a 5-day training camp to reset, refocus, and prepare for the upcoming European Youth Cup in Imst. One step at a time. 💪
