The journey continues 🏈🇱🇺

On October 4th, we’ll travel to Almere, Netherlands to compete in the Benelux Bowl, our very first international Flag Football tournament.

After holding our very first team practice back in March, we’ve been working hard to build something special. This tournament is more than just a competition; it’s a chance to see where we stand, measure ourselves and continue growing together.

No matter the outcome, we’ll step onto that field ready to compete, learn, and represent with pride.

🇱🇺🏈 AFFL Men’s Flag Football National Team Tryout

Think you have what it takes to represent Luxembourg?

The American Football Federation Luxembourg is inviting all dedicated and talented athletes to attend the Men’s Flag Football National Team Tryout!

This is your opportunity to showcase your skills, compete with the country’s best athletes, and earn a spot on Team Luxembourg for upcoming international competitions.

📅 Date: 22. August
🕙 Time: 10:00 - 16:00
📍 Location: INS (Institut National des Sports), Luxembourg

What to expect:

* Athletic testing
* Position-specific drills
* Individual and team evaluations
* Competitive scrimmages
* Assessment by the National Team coaching staff

Who can participate?

The tryout is open to motivated players who are ready to compete at the highest level and represent Luxembourg with pride.
* min. 18 years old
* Luxembourgish ID

What to bring:

* Athletic clothing
* Football or turf cleats and running shoes
* Water and snacks
* A competitive mindset and your best effort

🏈🇱🇺 Two intense days with our national flag football team 🇱🇺

From classroom sessions to grinding on the field, it was all about learning, competing, and growing together. We made mistakes, we adjusted, and we got better every single drive.

The work ethic and mindset were there from start to finish.

This is just the beginning. We‘ll be back in May!

The American Football Federation Luxembourg is looking for 3 motivated athletes to join our Athletes Commission!

This is your chance to represent players’ voices, contribute to key decisions, and help shape the future of American and Flag football in Luxembourg 🇱🇺

💡 Your mission will be to:
🔹 Represent and advocate for all athletes within the federation.
🔹 Act as a link between players and the federation leadership.
🔹 Contribute ideas to improve player welfare, development, and competition.
🔹 Support a positive, inclusive, and fair football environment.

🔹 Open to active athletes licenced under AFFL!
🔹 Minimum age of 16 years!
