😤 Frustrated because the scale isn't dropping as fast as you'd like?

Before you blame your metabolism, your age, or your genetics, read this:

1️⃣ Your expectations might be unrealistic.
Healthy fat loss isn't 5kg in a week. For most people, losing 0.5–1kg per week is excellent progress.

2️⃣ You're focusing on daily fluctuations.
Your weight can jump up or down because of water retention, sodium, carbohydrates, stress, hormones, or poor sleep. That's normal. Look at the trend, not a single number.

3️⃣ You're not giving it enough time.
One good week won't undo years of habits. Real transformation comes from weeks and months of consistency, not a few perfect days.

4️⃣ You're forgetting the small things add up.
A handful of nuts.
A spoonful of peanut butter.
A few bites while cooking.

❤️ This is why I do what I do.

The workouts matter. The nutrition matters. The kilos lost matter.

But messages like this? They mean everything.

Seeing someone regain confidence, believe in themselves again, and realize they are capable of achieving more than they ever thought possible is what truly makes my day.

This week, I spotted a common tracking mistake: a client logged almonds using a random app entry instead of scanning the package barcode.

The problem? User-generated entries are often inaccurate, and small errors add up over time.

✅ Quick tip: Always scan the barcode when possible.

Those extra 2 seconds can make the difference between guessing and knowing you're actually hitting your calories and macros.
