Zahra invites you to discover her enchanted world of yoga for all ages, from little ones to future mothers and wise elders. With her relaxology tools and a degree in neuroscience, she guides everyone towards a better version of themselves. Her educational approach, inspired by her journey and passion for personal development, enourages curiosity, creativity, and concentration in young minds.
This session aims to accompany your children towards self-confidence and well-being in a playful and natural environment where they are the heroes.
Program includes: warm-up, concentration exercises, yoga postures, self-confidence games, pranayama, relaxation, and meditation with sounds and mantras.
