What a great start! 28 pairs of feet attended the first indoor class of the season! 👏

❗️Update: All indoor classes at Coque — including weekend sessions — are pushed forward and will now start 19 September, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Until then, we’re compensating where we can with outdoor alternatives! Tonight, Claire will give MultiFit outside by the Kyosk.
This weekend, Nina’s indoor Barbell class moves to an outdoor MultiFit session at Parc Merl — still strength-focused, just with a bit more fresh air 🌤️

Mamer and Hall G classes continue indoors as scheduled ✅

Solar eclipse Jympa, a unique experience! 😎

Experience a unique historical moment with Friskis this Wednesday at 7-8 pm in the Merl Park when we will Jympa during the solar eclipse! ☀️😎

NB: We will not be looking directly at the sun so no specific glasses will be needed!

MutiFit is visiting Mamer! 👏

What is MultiFit? An energetic mix of strength, fitness and mobility training. We do several loops of the same exercises so you know the moves and know what is coming. We use the medicine balls or free weights to did a little challenge, but each participant choses their own level!

This Saturday MultiFit is replacing dance in Mamer so it is an excellent opportunity to try it if you live in the Mamer/Beetrange area!
