The FMS is designed to assess and improve your movement patterns, helping to identify and correct any mobility or dysfunction issues. Whether you’re dealing with specific problems or just looking to enhance your overall fitness, the FMS provides tailored corrective exercises to meet your needs.

Our head coach Ahmed, an FMS Level 2 coach, besides his formal ISSA education, stays up to date with the newest methods in the fitness industry. He continually upgrades his knowledge and skills to provide the best training methods for both group and personal sessions.

L'apprentissage technique est mis en avant.
Chacun évolue en fonction de son niveau et de son rythme. C'est pourquoi, chez THE GYM nous limitons les inscriptions à 10 PERSONNES maximum !
