Module four of LevelUp takes about forty minutes.
People tell me it changes the direction of everything that follows.

It is the values module. Not a personality result. Not a label. Your own values, written down, ranked, and then placed next to how you actually spend a working week.

The gap between those two columns is usually the answer someone has been circling for years.

LevelUp is a structured, self-directed career self-assessment, built by an ICF Member coach. Six modules, your own pace, six languages. Nobody sees your answers.

She recited her company's six values without hesitating. Then I asked for her own.

Silence. Then, after a moment, I have never really thought about it.

Nineteen years into a career. A leadership role. And no clear idea what actually mattered to her, in any precise sense.

We did not make a list. I asked her about the last time she had been angry at work. Properly angry.

She described a meeting where someone took credit for her team's work in front of the committee. She could still recount it in detail fourteen months later.

Fairness. That was her first value, and she had just named it without realising.

You can recite your company's values.
Try naming your own.

Most senior people list their organisation's values in about four seconds. Integrity. Excellence. Client focus. They have been on the wall for years.

Ask the same person for their own five and you get a long pause.

That gap matters more than it looks. Your company's values decide what gets rewarded. Yours decide what costs you something to ignore. When the two line up, hard work still feels light. When they diverge, you pay a tax you cannot name, and eventually you call it exhaustion.

Here is the fastest way to surface yours.

Think of the last time you were genuinely angry at work. Not irritated. Angry.

Anger at work is almost always a value being stepped on. Name what was violated and you have found one of yours.

Do that three times. That is your top three, and you did not need a questionnaire.

After 20 years in leadership, she had never once written down what she was proud of.

"I never thought it was worth mentioning."

That is one of the most common things I hear as a coach. And it is one of the most costly.

SkillsUp Module 2 gives you the structure to document your real achievements, in your own words, with evidence that actually lands.

I ask every new client the same question: 'What are you actually good at?'

Not what their CV says. Not what their manager has told them.

What they genuinely, specifically, provably bring.

The pause that follows tells me everything I need to know about where we're starting.

SkillsUp was built to close that pause before you ever sit down with a coach.

Six months ago I started building something I wish had existed when I made my own career transitions.

Not a personality quiz. Not a strengths finder with a label at the end.

A structured, 6-module self-assessment built from coaching methodology that gives you a document you can actually use. SkillsUp is that thing.

He had a clear career goal.

Every interview, every application, every conversation, he knew exactly where he wanted to go.

What he couldn't do was explain, specifically, why he was the right person to get there.

SkillsUp didn't give him new skills. It gave him language for the ones he already had. Sometimes that's all that's missing.
