Just like the last years we will arrive at an iconic place on the hight of Remich. From this "balcony" you have a marvelous view over the Mosella river and the town of Remich.
A bit of history of Remich: Remich, known as Remacum in Roman times, was a significant 5th-century Roman settlement and trading post on the Moselle River. The Romans established the area's foundational wine culture, which persists today, and utilized it as a strategic location. Visible remnants of this era, along with later medieval fortifications, are still present.
The arrival site is located at the Scheierbierg more precisely Benoît & Claude Viticulteurs. Here you can taste some exellent Luxemburgish (and French) wines and a marvelous Cremant. In Summertimes some typical Luxemburgish dishes are served.
Don't hesitate to go there for an incredible day.
