Every week, we introduce you to a different player from our 1st Team — on and off the court.

This week, we are introducing our new signing: Yannick! 🖤🏸

Yannick is joining BC Differdange for his first season with our 1st Team — and he is coming in with some impressive results already.

He recently became National Champion in Men’s Doubles A and Mixed Doubles A! 🏆🏆

Now, the next chapter begins in Differdange. 👀

Having a good overview of the court and the situation.

The logo of my first club caught my attention on a flyer. I liked it, decided to give badminton a try — and I never stopped. 😄

He Jiting — I really admire his style of play and the way he approaches the game.

Spaghetti Bolognese🍝 🇮🇹

Every week, we introduce you to a different player from our 1st Team — on and off the court.

This week, we are introducing someone who represents BC Differdange from the very beginning: Zoé Sinico🖤

Zoé has been part of our club since 2013, starting her badminton journey in the youth ranks of BC Differdange. Today, she is the current No. 1 in Mixed Doubles in Luxembourg, a National Champion 🏆 and a member of the Luxembourg National Team 🇱🇺.

From one of our young players to competing at the highest level — Zoé is a true example of what hard work, dedication and ambition can achieve. 💪🔥

🏸 Since when have you been playing at BC Differdange?

2013 — my first club🖤

🏸 How did you start playing badminton?

I went to a training session together with my brother. I immediately enjoyed it, so I decided to stay🏸

👀 What would you tell your younger self when you first started playing?

“Be confident and never give up on yourself.”

😱 What went through your mind when you knew you had become National Champion?

Joy and relief🏆

💪 What helped you stay calm in the decisive moments?

My routines and my partner.

This week, we are introducing the youngest member of our 1st Team! At just 14 years old, she is entering her first season as a permanent member of the 1st Team. 🏸🔥

She has been part of the BC Differdange family since the age of 9, making her journey with the club a special one. 🖤

🏸 How did you start playing badminton?
It all started with playing badminton with her grandfather in the garden at home. After looking for a suitable sport, her badminton journey began at BC Differdange at the age of 9. 🖤

From playing in the garden with her grandfather to joining the 1st Team at just 14 — and this is only the beginning. 🚀

After 4 years together, the paths of BC Déifferdeng and our head coach Guillaume will go their separate ways.

This decision was not an easy one for us. Therefore, it is even more important for us to express our sincere gratitude to Guillaume. With great commitment, passion, and constant dedication, he has accompanied our club over the past years and has played an important role in the sporting and personal development of many players.

We look back on a wonderful shared journey filled with valuable memories and unforgettable moments. We are truly grateful for everything Guillaume has done for our club.

With the upcoming season in mind, Badminton Club Differdange has decided to take a new sporting direction.

As part of this decision, the club and Head Coach Guillaume Bonnet will be going their separate ways with immediate effect. This decision comes in light of the developments over the past few months.

Badminton Club Differdange would like to thank Guillaume Bonnet for his work, commitment and dedication to the club.

The club will announce the future appointment to the coaching position in due course.

We wish Guillaume all the best and every success in his personal and sporting future.
