Francesco V. is my teenage wonder client, an elite Ski athlete part of Italy's top ski young ranking. We re-started his 3 month - 3x week physical preparation the 15th September and been lucky enough to perform it outdoors.
Here's a short glimpse on some of the specificity that will lead his body ready for the poundage from December till April. Skiing every weekend for 4 months is above all a long-term prevention project since no one can build sustainable performance in an injury-prone environment.
