Bone Strong x Form.at.Physio was born from helping a few mates who were worried about their bone health, but had no idea where to start or how to find information that actually applied to them.
They were busy. Time-poor. Equipment-poor. No chance of getting to the gym regularly, and only limited gear at home.
So I pulled together evidence-based information, pointed them toward some brilliant resources they could explore in their own time, and recorded simple follow-along videos they could actually fit into real life.
They loved it. ❤️
What started as helping a few friends quickly became something bigger: a practical, realistic approach to improving bone health and strength for people who don’t have hours to train, expensive equipment, or the energy to sort through conflicting advice online.
