James Emmanuel Potter Congratulates Stakeholders on Successful 2026 LBA League
The Chairman of the 2026 Liberia Basketball Association (LBA) League, James Emmanuel Potter, has congratulated stakeholders, coaches, players, officials, fans, and supporters for contributing to what he described as a successful league season.
Potter, who also serves as an Executive Committee Member of the LBA, expressed appreciation on behalf of the league committee for the hard work, dedication, commitment, and support provided throughout the season.
“With a grateful heart, and on behalf of my committee, we want to use this medium to thank and appreciate each and every one of you for your hard work, dedication, and support given to my committee and me,” Potter said.
He acknowledged that the journey was not always easy, noting that disagreements and arguments were part of the process, but emphasized that everyone remained united by their shared passion for basketball.
“The road was not an easy road. We fussed, we argued, and we went off on one another, but at the end of the day, it was all because of this basketball we all love so dearly,” he stated.
Potter further thanked everyone for their contribution to the successful completion of the league, saying, “With a grateful heart, we say thank you plenty ooh.”
Meanwhile, the LBA League Chairman disclosed that the association is expected to organize another basketball competition in the coming weeks.
According to Potter, the competition could either be the LBA Knockout Tournament or the President’s Cup.
He said further details about the upcoming competition will be communicated in due course as the association continues its efforts to keep basketball active and competitive in Liberia.
