Youth And Sports Minister Atty. Cornelia Kruah Describes Freedom FM Sports Journalist Thomas Kojo Roulhec As “Unbalanced”, Accuses Him Of Spewing Lies Regarding the Upgrade Works at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Complex.
The Minister of Youth And Sports Atty. Cornelia Kruah has accused Thomas Kojo Roulhec of spreading fake, and unverified information concerning the upgrading work done at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Complex in Paynesville.
Her comment comes after the Sports Journalist wrote on his official page, revealing that efforts have been made to upgrade the stadium before the arrival of an inspection team from the Confederation of African Football.
The journalist revealed that on Friday, August 28, 2026 he took a tour at the Ministry of Youth and Sports and observed an extensive upgrades at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Complex. During a tour of the facility, he saw for himself a new installations in both dressing rooms, including three 24,000 BTU air conditioners, a standing ice box, upgraded European-style seating for players, and fully equipped bathrooms with running water.
He also added that for the first time, a 70 inch TV each has been placed in both dressrooms. In the anti-doping room, he also saw new features like air conditioner and improved bathroom facilities, while the medical room has been outfitted with modern equipment, beds, an ice box, and additional air conditioning, a significant upgrade compared past years.
The mixed zone, where players access the pitch, has also been enhanced, and the media center now has a new public address system with wireless microphones for pre- and post-match press conferences.
Kojo importantly disclosed that all of these things are happening under the watch of Minister Cornelia Wonkerleh Kruah at MYS.
Minister Kruah has meanwhile urged the journalist to verify and fact-check information before publishing them. She accused Roulhec of spewing lies and should take “Her Name From His Mouth”.
In response, the Sports Journalist has warned Youth and Sports Minister Cornelia Kruah not to start a war that she won’t handle.
