Few aspect I'll like to discuss on and analyze about football growth in Liberia.
This problem is an old age problem that is hammering football development in Liberia and the improvement of our national team.
Grassroots investment and development (Under 10, U 12, U 15, U 17)
The football association in Liberia needs to shape their focus to the grassroots, invest more into teams of the grassroots, train more coaches locally and internationally, create footballing programs and nationwide tournaments to scouts more kids across the various counties for development under the Liberia football association.
I would recommend that we can formed a national academy to scout the very best and talented kids across the country and provide Free education and also the academy should be free , train those players in the best possible way, send the very best ones abroad for more development under your control.
Engaged those kids with other grassroots or Under 10, U12, U 15, and U 17 across Africa or at large.
Donate money to other local grassroots Academies and teams across the nation register under the Liberia football association to help facilitate their development program.
