Dear Team,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to sincerely apologize for my recent inactivity within our team. Due to my new job, which has demanded much of my time both day and night, along with my academic responsibilities, I have been unable to fully engage in my duties as your Public Relations Officer.

I deeply regret any inconvenience my absence may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding. However, I have now adjusted my schedule to ensure that I can effectively balance my work, studies, and responsibilities within BLOC 306.
