🌊Meet the Batfish – the ocean’s quirky walker! 🐠✨

With their flat heads, slim bodies, and spiny armor, these curious fish ‘walk’ on the seafloor instead of swimming. Growing up to 36 cm, batfish live in warm tropical waters like ours in Unawatuna, Mirissa & Hikkaduwa. They thrive at depths from shallow reefs to 200–3,000 meters, feeding on small fish, crustaceans, and worms. With a lifespan of around 12 years, they’re true survivors of the deep! 🌊💚

🌊When math gets deep… and so do we 🤿🧠💅 😏

POV: You're 30 meters underwater doing your PADI Advanced course, and suddenly it's not the nitrogen narcosis that gets you—it’s basic math! 😂

We were doing the deep dive nitrogen test, and my dive buddy had to calculate a few small numbers. Easy, right? WRONG. She started counting on her fingers… then ran out… and casually grabbed mine like we were solving world peace together 🤣✌️

I swear I’ve never seen someone count with such passion and confusion at the same time. We laughed so hard our masks almost flooded! Moments like this make diving unforgettable 💚🤗
